Payment directly into business account is acceptable. You need to invest 40k again in business account.WM2017 wrote:Hello everyone
We are tier 1 entrepreneur under £200k route. We have made the total investment of £200K. However around £40k is by the method of pre-commencement in cash, which didn't show in the business bank statement. In this cash, can we apply the ext via director's loan? Do we need to transfer another £40k from our personal account to business account? We are about to apply the ext in 2 weeks time, please help!!!
Thanks in advance!
Apart form Director Loan & Share Capital, there is another method of DIRECT CASH INVESTMENT, but nobody has used it!WM2017 wrote:Hello everyone

So things are not clear how to claim the point of Direct Cash Investment , Ask you Accountant for professional advise so that 40K reflect in your Accounts as Direct Cash Investment, otherwise you will have to transfer 40K again from personal to business A/C.
In the business account, it doesn't show the invest of £40K, since those were spent by cash. The other 160K were shown from our personal account transfer to the business bank account. I mean, do we need to transfer another 40k from our personal account to business account?jafersadeq wrote:You need:
Director's loan agreement
unaudited accounts
business bank statement
as a proof of your investment.
if your accountant mentioned in your accounts that you invested in the company the amount £40,000 that is ok
in your DL agreement, you write the loan £40,000 that is ok
your problem is in the business account, you said that your name is not mentioned in from of the transaction, it is fine, the other two documents can support that, and HO wants to see money in your business account and you mention it in the annual accounts.
Thanks
