T1E ILR, need management accounts

I can only think it could be needed for genuine entrepreneur test. I have audited accounts for 2015, do I need 2016 management accounts?

There is no such requirement of management accounts, as long as your annual accounts show that you have submitted the full amount which you have to invest.

I have shown full investment during extension.

Annual accounts post extension can be viewed by anyone at anytime on the beta site of Companies House, so you don't have to submit accounts if you have already shown investment at the time of extension.
But you can do so if you feel it will boost your application.
