T1 GE , previously had T1 PSW

Hi guys,
I have recently applied to T1 Grad Ent, switching from T4 Student visa. before the T4 Student visa I had a T1 Post study Work visa.
I would be grateful if someone can let me know if this is a problem, as the guidance doesn't specify whether you can't switch from T1 PSW or you can't apply if you had it before.
Also If the visa is rejected and I can apply to another visa (Teir 2 or Tier 4 Doctoral extension scheme), how soon can I apply after the rejection date?
I am applying from inside the UK.

STOP TRYING TO BUY TIME AND STOP ABUSING THE SYSTEM. THE GUIDANCE CLEARLY SAYS YOU CAN'T APPLY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN GRANTED PSW.
YOU ARE STUDYING A PHD AND YOU CAN'T READ A SIMPLE GUIDANCE??!! PROBABLY SOME DOPEY UNIVERSITY. SAD!!
