Apply for SET separately for PBS Tier 2 dependent

Hi All,

I am going to apply (next month) for my ILT or SET (O) in person using premier service after completing five years in Tier 2 (General) visa. My wife also going to complete 5 years at the same time under PBS Tier 2 dependent. But I am planning to apply for her settlement via post after I got my ILR or PR status. So I am wondering which application form I should use? If you could help me on this would be much appreciated.
