URGENT ADVICE Needed Re. Tier2 Cooling off period

Hi,
I was on a Tier2 visa for the last two years and have had to return back home due to domestic issues and am now subject to the 12 month cooling off period.

I wish to return to the UK now, is it possible for me to apply for tier5 visa in the meantime. Are there any grounds of refusal given that I was on a tier 2 visa previously?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
