Hi Meesh
Yes I have paid full fee as you already know there is no other option. But once my ILR application will be successful they will refund my previous application fees. All I need to make sure what documents should I keep with me on the day. Please do help if you know/someone know.
Many thanks

Hi Fida,
To my understanding you made appointment online. How did you tell them u are varying application as they will need your passports in hand before u go there.
I talked with few people personally who got ILR (LR). According to them here is list:
The first 2 are essential. One person told me he got ILR with only these two docments plus all passports.

1. Life in UK test
2. English language proof (My husband is attaching his masters degree from UK uni)

Extra documents
3. Lease agreement/mortgage doc
4. HMRC tax return/NI contribution proof.
5. Kids birth certificates
6. Council tax bil
7. Employment letter if u are employed
8. Character refernce from two UK nationals for just to be on safe side.
9. DVLA as he is going by himself otherwise i will never prefer to send it with application.

We are applying in 3rd week of January. Keep me updated and i will let u know about results.
Take care

1. Life in UK test
2. English language proof (My husband is attaching his masters degree from UK uni)

Extra documents None of these are required if you have ALL the passports.

Hi Meesha,
Thanks for your reply. Well as far as i understood you can vary your application anytime before decision of your previous application according to HO guideline. It doesn't matter whether you have passport or not (If passport held in HO).
Yes sure I will update my outcome soon if i will find this post :)
Its hard for me everytime I hve to search my previous post.
