5 yrs for ILR for PBS Dependant & Spouse Visa

Please could someone kindly help me to figure out when is the earliest date that I may apply for ILR?

I married with my husband in May 2012. My husband got my ILR in August 2012 via Tier 1 General, and naturalised as British Citizen in Apr 2015.

Below are my immigration history:

Leave to Enter as Tier 1 General Dependant (Spouse)
Applied: 03/07/2012
Visa Granted: 12/07/2012
Entered UK: 21/07/2012
 
Leave to Remain as Partner of a settled person

Ignoring the 28 days in advance rule, would she be eligible to apply for ILR on 21/07/2017 (5 years from she entered UK on Tier 1 dependant), or 25/02/2018 (5 years from she granted Spouse Visa), or some other dates? Thanks so much in advance.
