Tier 2 PBS Dependant Online Form

Dear all

I was recently granted ILR based on 5 years of working in the UK. My most recent visa (before the ILR) was a Tier 2 visa. My wife and I applied for and received the Tier 2 visa at the same time so her visa type is "PBS Dependant".

My wife is now seeking to extend her PBS Dependant Visa. The form asks her to confirm whether she currently has leave to remain, which she does. However, when the form asks her to select from a drop down menu which visa she has, PBS Dependant of a Tier 2 is not there. How does one get about this.

Secondly, what do I do if the form asks for a Certificate of Sponsorship? I'm now on ILR and no longer on Tier 2.

Why is she not applying for ILR if she got her Dep visa when you got your main visa?

Tier 2 General Partner is what is selected I believe. We can't see the options you are seeing.

Thanks for replying. She is not applying for ILR because she does not fulfil the requirements for ILR. The PBS Dependant form does not have an option for Tier 2 General Partner. The only dependant visa there is "Dependant of a Tier 4 Student". Grateful for your responses.

Also grateful for your assistance on my second question which is what to do when it asks for a Certificate of Sponsorship number.

Sounds like you are using the wrong one or have put in the wrong details somewhere if it is only giving you tier 4 dependent as an option.

If I may ask, what requirement is she not meeting in order to apply for ILR if she has been here from when you came?
