No, this is NOT correct.
This has been changed to 14 days. Migrants should ALWAYS submit their applications before their visas expire, otherwise they are not protected by section 3C.

+1
Make sure you send it through Royal Mail.
Any third party services like Parcel force your application day will count from the Day HO receive which will be fo sure after 8th Jan

This rule is abolished and replaced with
The 28-day period is therefore to be abolished. However, an out of time application will not be refused on the basis that the applicant has overstayed where the Secretary of State considers that there is a good reason beyond the control of the applicant or their representative, given in or with the application, why an in time application could not be made, provided the application is made within 14 days of the expiry of leave.

Posts merged - no need for multiple posts.
Topic title is misleading too.

Hi according to above list looks like you have created 12 month full time which is Jan 16 to Dec 16 and then you have 5 other months where you have 116.42 hrs month which will work out to 582 hrs / 30 hrs max a week =19.40 weeks = 4.48 months . so all together according to above table it will be 16.48 months of full time job . even if you take max hrs of each month which is 130 hrs still your total will be 1969.7 hrs .But 2 years job will need 3120 in total . I hope you have another employee to fulfill 24 month requirements . Wait for gurus to advice on this calculation as there is no fix method for part time hrs . Good luck
I am not perfect But I guess no one is ever perfect . We all make mistakes and learn from them. Never give up keep trying until you succeed.

For example if our current leave expires last week Feb we can apply for ext in last week of Jan (within 28 days of current visa) . Will they consider full month of employment for Jan even we send our application on 25 Jan . We can do the payroll FPS and pay the employees also before end of the month But these transactions will not show in to last years management accounts as they will be ready up to 15th Jan .Thanks Zimba
Why are you asking this again ??
