my extention is due in 9 months need help

Post by trishna80 » Tue Dec 13, 2016 1:16 am

hi
I am applying for my tier1 ent extension in October 2017.
I need help please.
1. can i hire four full-time employees for six month?
2. is it necessary that employees should be UK citizens? or people from Europe also ok? and people from non-Europe with ILR are ok?
3. finally is it necessary to transfer all 50K into business account before hiring employees? i mean can we hire employees and then can invest?

please reply
Thanks

I guess you got your visa in October 2014.
Therefore you need :

- 2 jobs for 12 months each. employing four full-time employees for six month wont be sufficient.
- Employees can be from EU also no problem in that. People with ILR are also fine.
- No 50k investment and job creation are two separate requirements. you can employ people and then invest. You can invest when ever you want its upto you as its your business.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

Aby is correct. Since you have yet to hire anyone and the two jobs will be for 12 months you will not get an extension.

It seems that you did not read the guide. You do not sound like a genuine Tier 1E applicant to be honest
1. can i hire four full-time employees for six month?
Yes as long as you are covered by transitional arrangements. If you applied after 6 April 2014, the answer will be no.
2. is it necessary that employees should be UK citizens? or people from Europe also ok? and people from non-Europe with ILR are ok?
Any citizen of EEA or ILR holders are acceptable
3. finally is it necessary to transfer all 50K into business account before hiring employees? i mean can we hire employees and then can invest?
Not really

It looks that you are misusing Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

It seems you cannot extend. You need two positions that existed for min of 12 months as you are NOT covered by transitional arrangements. READ THE GUIDE :!:
