directorship / bank a letter confirmation about funds

I am going to request from bank to write a letter , money has been transferred from my personal account to my business account ... as fellow format

1 - my business partner on tier 1 visa , he want to switch form business to dependant visa on his wife and his child .. he employ on same business and working with me

should I remove from directorship from business while when I am sending my extension visa

but he want to continue his job with me

Such letter is not required. Also no need to remove your partner from the company. Your extension is a separate application

another director ( my business partner if he stay as director and employ with company because he is not going to extension with me .. it will not impact on my application ....

Again, working with others has NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER on your application ! There is no rule to prevent you from doing that and no harm. I have a business partner and no question was asked regarding him. Stop being paranoid
