Biometrics Letter not received

Biometrics Letter not received

I, applied naturalisation on 20/12/2016 through NCS, I received acknowledgemet letter via email on 30/12/2016 and money has been deducted from my account on 29/12/2016. I have not got the biometric letter yet, my understanding is that they send biometrics letter as soon as the money is taken??

New Year, postal service delays and bank holidays, some HO staff on holiday - all good reasons why things might be slow over the Christmas and end of year period.

Suggest be patient.

Finally, Received the biometric letter on 11/01/2017... Thank you very much.
