EC time line

Hi i have applied for Ec on 06 Feb-2008 But i got my HSMP approval on mid of OCT 2006 and the expiry date for my HSMP is 15 feb 2008 . Only 9 days is left . I heared form VFS that it will take 15 days for me to receive the status of the application .

My HSMP need to be valid till the Ec process gets completed or if i jus apply before it before HSMP get expired is enough for Ec ?

you need to apply for EC just before your expire HSMP letter

so need to worry

Need not to worry since you only need to apply to VFS just before expiry date.........
