Have you read the comprehensive website and guidance notes (click) at all :!:

Are you looking at £200k route?

1. UK towns are saturated with food places and off licenses (convenience stores)

2. Don't know - the guidance and rules are clear on what is considered investment.

3. Mandatory document I believe.

4. No

5. You need to decide on what business you propose to start or invest in. There is no 'sample' business plan. These are specific to your business and circumstances. UKVI check these documents for plagiarism or a 'buy one fit all' type.

6. Name or solicitors (attorneys) or such companies are not permitted to be named on the forum. Any such information will be deleted and the user issued with a warning.

7. See answer to #6 above

8. £5m is for accelerated route.

9. Read the guidance.

Yes i am looking for £200k route

What does it mean by saturated with food places. It means too many businesses are already held in UK?
i am searching all over internet for answers and good attorneys. But i am unable to get answers.

we have to create 2 full time jobs for extension. But i am not sure how many jobs i have to create for ILR after 5 years. Since i am new to this UK visas, i am unable to understand the requirements.

Do we have any one in this board, who successfully received ILR after 5 years? can answer my questions. It will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

The requirements are very clear, I suggest you read them carefully, this visa is well known for abuse and UKVI are very strict on requirements being met. See also This link with information and more links to documents/rules etc (click)

Operating a business in the UK is also a minefield of rules and regulations.

Yes, there are many, many food places (take a ways, restaurants, etc).

Have you got the £200k available in your personal account?

I would suggest stop worrying about ILR, you don't even have a visa yet and before ILR, you have to meet ALL the requirements for the first entry clearance visa and for an visa extension application.
Do we have any one in this board, who successfully received ILR after 5 years?
Yes, many, after 5 years of hard work (mostly) and jumping through many hoops to please UKVI and meet the requirements.

Have you been to the UK?

5. "I plan to buy low and sell high"
8. revenue. Option 2 is to hire ten employees for one year (yes it can be min wage, how unfair is that, you can get accelerated ILR for £100K in employee salaries, I have employees over £100K yr.... still considered one employee....

Seriously, is this your plan? just find any random business and apply for visa? Not the other way around find a business that is your passion and with your specific skills can make successful and then because the UK is a good place to execute said business go ahead and receive a UK visa?

Have you even been to the UK? Done any market research here?

Come to the UK for a few weeks and learn the place and learn about doing business. Your chance of success on this visa are basically zero if u don't
