PBS Tier 2 rejection for English requirement

Hi All,

My visa just got rejected for English requirement, i haven't sent UK NARIC certificate.
I am unaware of this new rule they have made it mandatory this time.
Do i need to re-pay the visa fee, ISH again if i reapply visa with the UK NARIC certificate ?

Please help me with the re-applying process, do i need to create new application form again on www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk

You need to apply again and pay all the fees again. You will also need a new CoS.

The guidance is clear on the NARIC requirement for a foreign degree, not sure how you missed it.
