FL(M) or FL(FP)

Post by kahmd » Sat Jan 14, 2017 12:29 pm

Good Morning
apology about my long post.
I have a very confusing situation. I need to apply my wife and 2 children visa(they are currently on PBS dependent visa). First I explained my job history so that it is easy for experts to give me useful advice:

Before August last year I was self-employed on PBS visa.
After geting ILR my job history:
1st job: 01/08/16 to 10/12/16.
2nd job: 17/11/16 to-date:

Their visas are expiring 25 of this month.According to my plan,my last six month earning and saving were sufficient to meet the financial requirements(my ignorance, I missed the point that cash saving can not be combined to Cat B).

Now my situation is:
Some friends suggest that I should apply FLR(M) in cat A + saving and Home Office will give the family life as partner 10 years visa, as there is an example that someone on the smiler situation and got the family life as partner 10 years.

I am confuse shall apply FLR(M) or FLR(P)
Please help me.
I forgot to mention one point that my third child got British citizenship will it make any difference.

On what basis did you obtain ILR (5 years PBS or 10 years long residence)?

How much 'savings' do you have and how long have you had the savings in the bank?

What is your salary per annum and if your spouse works, what is their salary per annum?
