AN application - Confirmation email from Home Office

Hi
My wife has made her JCAP application in Sep 2016 and still waiting for decision.
I have made my JCAP application last week and today home office sent confirmation email about my case to my wife email address!! rather than my email address. Is that normal??
I gave my email address on the AN form so don't know why they have sent email confirmation about my case to my wife email address.
I have been dependant on my wife for 10 years and I got my ILR in Dec 2015.
Please advise.
