No EU Spouse of Hungarian Citizen

Hello,

I am from Algeria i married with a Hungary women in 2015, our mariage was registred in Hungary
my wife visited my family two times, and this year i asked for a Schengen Vor a Ffisa to the Hungary Embassy in Algeria, and they rejected my application, and now i made an appeal and i am waiting for answer,

why Hungary embassy no give visa Family Members
and do i need to ask for other European Country under Directive 2004/38?

What was the reason for refusal?

the reasons of refus are:

- reason 3: you didn't show Holiday that you are going to come back to you Country after the Expirity of your Visa

- reason 9: you didn't show that you got enaugh money for your Holiday

and i asked for my visa with all the documents:
-my passport
-Mariage Paper
-invitation Letter
-Bank statement of 1600 EUR
-Travel Insurrance
-Booked Ticket
-My work documents

It seems you applied as (or were treated as) a visitor instead of as an EEA family member.

Where does wife live?

and i give my Mariage Certaficate issued from Hungary
and i didn t pay the Visa fees

With wife in Hungary you need a visit visa.

I am a family mumber so no normal they reject my visa i have a right to visit my wife country

Yes my wife is from Hungary
we married in 2015 and our mariage is registred here in my country Algeria and also in Hungary
i asked for a 15 day Visa to visit my wife and her family ther rejected my visa for the 1st reason they say i didn t pouve in my application that i will come back to Algeria, and secound reason they say i didn t show enaugh money for my holiday.

in my application i show all the documents that was said:

Invitation Letter
Mariage papers
my bank statment 1600 EUR
my work documents
my Ticket
