I will move this to the UK family immigration section.
Hi Casa/obieCasa wrote:Unlikely to be processed by the junior level Case Workers who staff the PSC. Documented evidence of contact with the child and a share in their upbringing is essential.
What is the difference between?Obie wrote:I concur. Interestingly I was just speaking to someone who was adamant about premium services, i gave same advise, as the one Cash helpfully provided.
Thank you very much CasaCasa wrote:You are required to complete the following in the FLR(FP) Parent route section 9.4 of the application form:
You must provide evidence that you, or any partner if they are not your child, has access to and
a parental relationship with the child, if they do not normally live with you. Please provide as
much evidence as you can and include this with this application.
9.4 Provide details of the role you take in the child’s upbringing, including details of your parental
responsibility or access arrangements (for both your children and the child/children of any
partner if they are not your child).

The Case Worker will also expect to see evidence such as a Contact Order, school or nursery report that you are involved in your child's care/education and/or a letter from your child's GP or Health Visitor confirming the same.
