Mistake by NCS on my citizenship application

I think the NCS has done a mistake. On the form they fill they asked me if I have had more then one FPN in 12 months?

I said no, only had one PCN and a speed awareness course.
Now the letter from the police is clear saying that a speed awareness course is not a FPN.

How should I contact my case worker ? is there a special form or should I just send a letter ?
