Address History Problem

3 years ago, I had forgotten to register one of my addresses with the police. I lived there for about 6 months. I am now hoping to switch my visa to Tier 2. On the application form where they ask for 5 year address history, should I put this address? Obviously it then won't match my police registration certificate. Help and advice would be much appreciated!
