Hi Everyone
i need some help please regarding my application for permanent residence card as i will complete my five years in march .iam a family member of EEA who is qualify person as an employee and it make me confused when i go through application to tick which one as its says different things .in setion 3 page 23 .

HI everyone
iam family member of an EEA who is qualify person and I will be applying for permanent residence card after completed living in UK for 5 years .I will need some advise please regarding application .in section 3 page 23 I got confused which one I need to apply for as it says to tick one of the options .
any one please can help .
