HI TO ALL,
PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT ILR APPLICATION
AT THE MOMENT I HAVE RETAINED OF RIGHT AS A DIVORCED PERSON FROM EU CITIZEN I GOT MARRIED IN 23RD MARCH 2012 WITH CZECH REPUBLIC LADY AND I GOT 5 YEARS RESIDENCE CARD AND THEN AFTER DIVORCE I APPLIED RETAINED OF RIGHT IN 2015 WHICH I GOT RESIDENCE CARD ON 21ST NOVEMBER 2016 AND IT EXPIRED ON 21 NOVEMBER 2021 I GOT MARRIED ON 23RD MARCH 2012 SO I THINK SHOULD APPLY FOR ILR ON 24TH MARCH 2017 I HAVE PERMANENT JOB FROM SINCE 2013 PLEASE TELL ME WHAT APPLICATION I SHOULD MAKE AND WHAT DOCUMENTS I NEED TO SUBMIT

If you are on EU route you should apply for confirmation of PR. Not ILR.
Form EEA (PR).

Please can you tell me I want to bring my wife in uk so what application I should make as spouse visa or as a family member of EU
supporting documents as well which I need to send with the application

Once you have PR, you can only use the UK Immigration route, i.e. Spouse visa. You cannot sponsor under the EU route as you are not an EU citizen.

Was your current marriage conducted after your divorce?

Thanks for reply yes I got married after the first marriage ended I think after 9 months of divorce

While I got married on 24th march 2012 but home office issued me EEA family member card on 14 September 2012
So I am confused when five years will be completed
