Renewing Study Work permit

Hello I am currently working in Canada on Study Work permit with one of the logistics company which I got it after studying in Canada for 1 year. My Work permit is expiring in Sep, 08.

This time I have to get approval from HRDC.

Will I be able to get it from HRDC

Please advise on:
1) Procedure i have to follow;
2) Application I have to fill in,
3) Time it takes to get permit and
4) What is the right time I should be applying
5) Or any other information which
