showing of funds in new tier1

I need one small clarificationo n- 10 additional points for showing funds.

So just wanted to ask, its cash bank balance we have to show, or investment like stocks/mutual funds will also work or some % of cash fund and some % of investment like above will is ok.

second its written 2/3rd of 2400. does it we have to show all 2400 or 2800 or 2/3 of these amount mentioned?

Looks like we may to have wait for some home office to publish more details on the same.
