Advice and help with Spouse visa

Hi All,

I need help with application which i am going to lodged in end of March or April, all document are ready. I entered UK as a student in 2008, completed my foundation year in 2009 and applied for further extension in 2010 but unfortunately it was refused, i lodged appeal dismissed, applied again but refused in july 2010, in Fab, 2012 they got me from same address and removed me in seven days. i fully co-operated and returned back, in Oct, 2012 got married, at that time my wife was on work permit visa, again my application refused under the obligation that my marriage is not subsisting and 320(7b) apply on me. Now my wife have British passport, good job to meet all financial requirements, we have plan to apply for spouse visa, we do have all the supporting documents of subsisting list of docs is written below. please advice and me with my case and also i want to know will they apply 320(11) if they refuse the case as there were not aggravating circumstances.

Wedding certificate
Wedding pics
Copy of tickets she visited me
snaps of our visits to various places.
family pics
1/2 transaction i have made to her account
email, FB, Tango, Viber, Whatsapp, Imo chat and call logs.
wishing cards, some gift i have sent have copy of receips with address and her name.
pay slips, bank statement etc
