Job creation (4 workers for 6 months each)

Hi Everyone
I was granted Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in Feb 2014, I have my extension this month.

Situation:
My question is on Job Creation.
I had no jobs created till July 2016, had 4 employee's from August 2016 that too in following way,

1. Employee 1 - August till September
2. Employee 2- September till January
3. Employee 3- August till January
4. Employee 4- August till January
5. Employee 5- August till October
6. Employee 6- October till January

In over all I had 4 employees working for 6 months.

I am trying to understand or interpret the Policy guidance page number 54,

"Pre 6 April 2014 transitional arrangement
169. If you successfully applied to enter the route before 6 April 2014, and you are making an
extension application or a 5 year settlement application, you may continue to employ:
 one worker for 24 months
 one worker for 6 months and one for 18 months
 4 workers for 6 months each
and score points for job creation."

Question:
1. Can I go for extension on basis I have "4 workers for 6 months each" where in total I have created 2 full time employment for 12 months

2. If I can go for extension on the above scenario what will be the job titles for employees

You need to have created EQUIVALENT of two full time jobs or 24 months of full time employment under transitional arrangements.
It can in one job position or multiple job positions. It just depends how many actual positions you had in your company

Just for the clarity, all my employees are full time employed (30 hrs/week). Will that be considered?? But the only thing is non of them or role lasted more than 6 months.

I have same situation like you I have send an email directly to home office and i received this replay:

Please see below reply from our colleagues.

A job can be filled by more than one person, for example one worker can be replaced by another worker, as long as the job exists for 12 months, or in line with the transitional arrangement.

A job can be filled by more than one person, for example one worker can be replaced by another worker, as long as the job exists for 12 months, or in line with the transitional arrangement.

Hi Guys/Gurus
Need your guidance in how to show Job creation equivalent to 2 full time jobs!!

Below is the Scenario 1:

1. Job role 1: (August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 1 - August till September
Employee 2- September till January

2. Job Role 2:(August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 3- August till January

3. Job Role 3: (August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 4- August till January

4. Job Role 4:(August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 5- August till October
Employee 6- October till January

Below is the Scenario 2:

Job Role 1: (August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 1 - August till September
Employee 2- September till January
Employee 5- August till October
Employee 6- October till January

Job Role 2: (August 2016- January 2017)
Employee 3- August till January
Employee 4- August till January

NOTE: All Employees worked 30 hrs/week so that will bring to 3120 hrs in total

Let me know which Scenario will be correct to claim points for job creation.
