Maintenance funds-bank statement

Post by jafersadeq » Tue Feb 07, 2017 8:27 pm

Dear Gurus,

I asked the bank branch today for a bank statement and they gave me (Transaction Details), they said that no bank statement from the branch you can get, just online or by post.
They can stamp the transaction details document.

I wonder if it is acceptable, or I have to get a bank statement online and stamp it?
T1-Ent Guidance says:

If you wish to submit electronic bank statements, these must contain all of the details listed above. In addition, you will need to provide either:
• a supporting letter from your bank, on the bank’s headed paper, confirming the authenticity of the statements; or

• an electronic bank statement bearing the official stamp of the bank in question will be accepted. This stamp should appear on every page of the statement.

And , Case Worker Guidance:
electronic bank statements from an account, if they contain all of the details listed above and:

• The applicant provides a supporting letter from the bank, on company headed paper, confirming the statements provided are authentic.
• The electronic bank statement has the official bank stamp on every page
The CW guidance requires both, electronic bank statement and a letter from the bank, but T1-Ent guidance does not.

Shall I get a letter from the bank to support the stamped online bank statement, or not?
Thanks

Thanks a lot,

If I used an original bank statement for my application, what about the maintenance bank statement of my dependents, I have just one bank statement.
Please advise,

Original Statement or Stamped Statements (with required details)are same and accepted by HO.

Some Banks provide a letter with the stamped statements see if you can get but its not required.

You as main applicant, your dependents maintenance also you can be shown in the same statement, just mention that in your cover letter.
