Employment creation

Post by ceobot » Tue Feb 07, 2017 9:48 am

Dear Forum Members,

I am applying for the extension of Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa £50,000 route in April 2017.
I am currently preparing all required documents and as probably all other members have some doubts regarding certain issues. For instance I have collected all the documents from my accountant and now would like to make sure that I have all necessary documents to confirm the Employment.

So here is the list of documents I have prepared

1) Payslip for each employee covering the whole history of employment:

2) Employer's tax summary showing totals for each month paid to all employees and taxes paid to HMRC:

3)Employee's total for each particular year:
https://s27.postimg.org/bliy4ar5f/Totals.png

4) RTI Schedule for the whole history of employment:

Is there anything else required to prove the Employment ?

Hi its seems all ok with FPS and Payslips But make sure FPS has start dates of employees in months they start working . Try to have full name instead of with first initial only on all the documents and you will also need to provide the photo copies of settled employees passports . Good luck
I am not perfect But I guess no one is ever perfect . We all make mistakes and learn from them. Never give up keep trying until you succeed.

very important and mandatory is RTI submission report, not the RTI schedule, hope you have bundled them up.

This is fine. For the months where someone is hired or left, they need to have starter/leavers information too

Hi,
My ex-accountant for 1/2016 and 2/2016 issued Pay slip but he didn't give any RTI submission. I asked hem several times but he gave me nothing. then I changed hem. my current accountant registered the amount with HMRC which I paid to employees ( in P60 showing the amounts) but she couldn't get RTI submission for those 2 Months?
Anyone knows ho can I get RTI submission for those months? how is important to have RTI submission? can I submit P60 instead?

Read the GUIDE. It is very clear that FPS reports are REQUIRED and P60 are NOT acceptable.

Hi Kapoorinusa

Please advise whether the employee passport photocopies of EU Nationals should contain any stamps.

Many thanks
