Hi,
All this seems fine. Does the employer's letter confirm that you are paid on or above the rate outlined in the CoS codes? I know you are but perhaps be good to get their confirmation on that.
Keep your documents neat, orderly and straight forward.
Good luck!

Hi,
If you are applying through Tier 2 then you tick for the section in 12H Tier 2 Migrant on page 79 rather than page 76 section 12B

Hi
I am going to apply ILR in April 2017 , my current salary is £24000 but my employer already promoted me as a manager from MAR 2017 with £351000 salary and also they are sending me to london office that's why they increase my salary according to london payrate. Please advoice me, Is this ok according to salary increment?
Second option my ten year will complete Jan 2018, should I apply in April or wait 10year ?
Please answer ASAP

you know its a quite big jump!..Did your emplyer notify this to home office through SMS system? one of my friends ILr recently on hold and HO requested further info from HO just cause his salary hike like yours suddenly!
If there are proper explanation then it should be fine. But as my personal opinion i would suggest you to go for 10 years route as it is not far for you. That would be less complex i believe.

Sure, So far i heard from my friends who go for ILR is that HO always look into your Last COS salary and your ILR time salary. They notice the amount of incremeant and if it is more than 15-20% then they ask for the explanation. So if there is a proper justification then it should be alright.

Hi rka9b,
I have a question regarding 12H, I am applying under Tier 2 (General) 5 year route.
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
Student visa 21-sep-2008 to 23-Feb-2010
Tier1 (PSW) 23-Feb-2010 to 21-Feb-2012
Tier2(General) 21-Feb-2012 to 23-Feb-2015
Tier2(General) 21-Jan-2015 to 16-Feb-2018
Do I need to tick this or not! if I am applying under Tier 2 (General) 5 year route. if yes what documents do i need to provide.
Much appreciated for your reply.
Thanks in advance

Tagging your question on the end of another member's thread is unlikely to get the response you're waiting for. Open your own topic and post your question there.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
