P11 for employees

Hi All,

My accountant gave a P-11 Working Sheet printed out from the software. Is it suffix for the Home Office or do I need to print it out from the HMRC website? Anyone guide me to sort this please?

All the PAYE documents [forms, reports] are software generated, not provided by HMRC.

P11 is not an acceptable evidence for extension or required
