Dear Moderators and senior advisors
I urgently need advice. What happens if the sponsor (British) who has been earning very high salary since last few years loses job just before the spouse visa extension (FLRM) is due or loses job on the day of premium services appointment at Croydon?
If someone has all the documentation from the X-employer such as employment letter confirming salary, job start date and permanent employment status and salary slips, can he still apply for FLRM using these documents or will the FLRM application will be rejected?
Will the home office will reject the FLRM even if the person has earned over £55000 in last 12 months, but no longer employed at the time of application?
I really need to know what will be happen if the FLRM application is rejected? will there be any right to appeal or submit new employment/self employment documents? What if the sponsor start own business or secure another job after the application was rejected?
Please please advice urgently.
Thanks.
