You now need to show you have fulfilled tax/NI obligations for any periods when employed.
P60s would be most appropriate for an employee.

Fair enough. But in the worst case scenario, if I send all these payslips, would it be sufficient?

Do they show you have fulfilled your tax/NI obligations?
1.48-1.50
You must provide details of all your National Insurance contributions made for your current and previous employment during the past 10 years. To support this
claim evidence can be in the form of payslips, P60s covering the relevant period, or a letter(s) from the employer(s) confirming you have worked for them, from the start and finish date.

It does mention "in the form of payslips" so I guess it's fine?

Out of curiosity, what's the benefit of using the NCS JCAP option? Do I "save" some months (for issuing a passport for instance)?

You get to keep original documents and apply for the passport at the same time as your citizenship and you don't have to attend a passport interview.

If you apply for your passport separately AFTER your ceremony, it takes 4-6 weeks and you will have to attend an interview. Passports don't take 'some months' :!:

Thank you for all your answers.

And a final question before submitting the application. We have to provide 10 years of employment history. I have been working for more than 10 years but there was a 2-year employment gap about 6 years ago as I had to do my compulsory military service back in my country. Do I have to mention this in a cover letter or there is no reason to do so?

Thank you again
