FLR (M) Income requirements

Hello All

I hope someone can help me here. I am going for premium service in two weeks for my wifes' FLR(M). I, as a sponsor, will show my salary from full time employment which fulfills income requirement for extension. However I am also running a LTD company and my wife is a shareholder and gets salary/dividends from company.

My questions are:

1) Is that enough to show salary from my permanent employment only, as it fulfills the requirements of extension?

2) Or We also need to show self employed status of my wife including her payslips, P60, annual returns, company accounts?
