I have some questions if anyone could please explain that will help us make some decisions. Thank you in advance

1. Can we apply for other countries work visa by living in the UK or do we have to go back to home country and apply from there?

2. We are considering to look for sponsor as Tier 2 General Sponsor? If we manage to arrange the sponsor? Will our general grounds(322 or 245) from Tier 1 general application refusal has effect on Tier 2 General Sponsor? Is there any hope in this category? I am very worried because i do not wish to lose my right to work.

Thank you

10 years long residency application after 3C leave and tax descripancy

Post by malikimran21 » Sat Sep 15, 2018 12:26 pm

Visa case history

1. Lawful 10 Years residency completion date was 05 Oct, 2016
2. Tier 1 General ILR refused 14 April 2016 on general grounds with regards to 322(5)
3. Tier 1 Leave to remain expired 04 May 2016
4. Article 8 Human Rights application filed 03 May 2016
5. JR Filed 12 July 2016 (Provide Forensic report evidence of tax discrepancy)
6. Article 8 Human Rights application refused 31 Aug 2016
7. Article 8 Human Rights Appeal lodged 14 Sep 2016
8. JR Refused 23 Feb 2017
9. Article 8 Human Right appeal refused Feb 2018 in FTT
10. Article 8 HR appealed in UTT
11. Appeal refused in UTT and 3C leave ended 10 September 2018
12. Chance to apply for 10 years long residency

i have a child 6 years old

Now i need to File a fresh SET LR application (and FLR FP application for my wife). Solicitors gave me a quote between £6000 to £7000 including HO fee.

I want to save money as much as possible and apply myself SET LR and FLR FP. Applications itself are easy to understand but tricky bit is deception allegation HO may refuse again. I have evidence which they refused to look at in the past. so this could be a chance to show them evidence?

Should i apply myself or go through solicitor? What will be the advantage or disadvantage or FLR FP for my wife?

Can someone share their experience if they have applied by post?
