Switching from Tier 2 to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa

Post by prk » Thu Mar 02, 2017 7:55 pm

i All,

Good Afternoon !

First of all, I would like to introduce myself. Currently I am in tier 2 Visa - Due to some reason our company sponsorship licence is cancelled (Judicial review is going on) My visa is expiring on April 2017.

I am planning to switch from tier 2 to tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. (£200k route)

Could you please let me know what is the procedure and requirements?.

What are the documents required for the fund?

My director is going to start a new business very soon. If I add my name as a shareholder or director. Whether this will be useful for me to show a investment (£200K) . If it is ok means, what are the documents I need to get ready before that.

Could you please let me know what are documents required from my side.

I am waiting for your positive reply.

Thanks

Start by reading the official guide: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur

As many posts suggest on various forums, HO haven been cancelling many Tier 2 sponsorship licenses as they have discovered a large scale abuse of the Tier 2 system :!:

Thanks Guru. Thanks for your reply.

One more doubt.

Actually I enter into UK on August 2010. Tier 4 Student Visa after completing my studies I applied for PSW. Then I switch to Tier 2 . Its almost 6 years 8 months.(Aug 2010 to April 2017)

My question is " If I stayed in UK another 3 years 4 months whether I am eligible for 10 years long residence .

I am trying my best to find a tier 2 sponsor. If not I need to switch to tier 4 in worst case. Please suggest me.

I am married my wife also staying with me.

or else . can I apply Tier 4 student visa for my wife main applicant myself as a dependant is it possible.?

Please I am awaiting for your reply.

I am trying my best to find a tier 2 sponsor. If not I need to switch to tier 4 in worst case. Please suggest me.
