How long are they planning to visit?

What proof of personal and financial ties to home country will they submit?

their visit will be less than 6 months. I want to sponsor the VISA, even then do they have to provide their financial status?

And, coming to my residence proof, we just bought a new house and just moved in. No council bills yet and did not get the title deed yet. Any suggestion of what proof can be shown?

If they fail to provide documentary evidence of their circumstances and ties to their home country regardless of being fully sponsored, their visa will be refused. They have to convince the ECO that they will return after their visit. How long exactly do you plan to state in the application that they are visiting?

Would want to apply for 6 months, so what proofs are valid for them to show that they have ties with their home country?

You want to state that they are visiting for 6 months???

This is 'residing' and not 'visiting'.

Documents to prove social and economic ties :
Property documents
Bank statements showing income
Pension papers
Family members in home country
Employment (if applicable)

It is becoming increasingly difficult to get visit visas for elderly parents, especially those that state they are visiting for 6 months. Search the forum and see what documents people provide and how many still get refusals.

Your ILR is irrelevant to their visit visa application.

Copies should be fine. I supplied only scanned copies and parents applied last November
if anyone has submitted recently can you help me with the document list please?
