Hi,

Just a quick question when filling the form from Russia, do we have to fill appendix 2 separately as it is not available online on their list of form to be completed on computer. (Do I download it fill it with pen and sign and submit?)

HI,

Can some please help with my query for Appendix 2, should I download this form and fill in because I cannot see this online when I try to fill online application for my Russian wife.

Also, do I fall in category A or B. I have been in same employment since 2015 but last month had a pay rise, would my pay be calculated as the least from last 6 month.
