Employee Mix Part time and Full Time Status?

Post by ishfaqsangra » Mon Mar 06, 2017 7:40 pm

I was just filling in the application form and one of my employee's start and End period for rate change has a mix of both being a part time and in few months full time .

What should I write: Part time or full time?

I can not do another employment period as the rate has been the same.

(I have stated part time and short line as "worked extra hours few months"

My job creation is fulfilled by another employee(full time for 35 Months) so no issues with that.

Regards,
I did change the row of the same staff table whenever there was any change [in rate or hrs PT FT].

You should enter part time and full time period on a separate row, even of the rate remained the same.

Thanks for that , I also noted you as a " Moderator" congrats ,you worth this after contributing for such a long time.

I am in Consultancy business and my employee's hours have never been fixed for any of them , although there has bee commitment for minimum per week as per contract(currently we have 6 contracts) and in the last period of employment that particular employer has a mix of both.

April -Part Time(86)
May to Sep-Full time
Oct-Part time(81)
November(last month before leaving) full time.

I do not want to claim those full time hours as employee 1 has more than enough(35 Months of full time) so Can I state as Part time to avoid any confusion for that period for employee 2?
