I dont think you are on salaried wages because your wages are varying every month. Your salary is below threshold. If you have 6 months older savings then you can meet that deficit.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

officially i am on salaried wage, the reason the amounts vary are because first month was training 2nd month had no bonus and 4th month had unpaid holidays.
does unpaid leave affect gross pay even though the initial amount before unpaid leave is also on the wage slip?

BASIC PAY & UNPAID LEAVE

Post by israr96 » Sun Feb 26, 2017 10:24 am

Hi all,
I have a question regarding unpaid leave and basic pay.
in a scenario where one of my wage slips have the basic pay for the month written on the pay slip but then underneath it also have the unpaid leave, will home office take the original amount or the amount after unpaid leave?
for example
wage slip:
Basic Pay: £1550
Unpaid leave: £200
Total gross: £1350

will HO consider that wage slip to be £1350 or £1550
Thanks.
