Tier 2 Dep - Husband from ILR to BC

Hi. Can anyone please help me with the query please.

How do you calculate IHS( Immigrant health surcharge)?
I am filling my Tier 2 dependant visa(Applying For extension). I am dependant on my husband who became british citizen few months back. He was on ILR before that and on TIER 2 visa( 5 years route) before getting his ILR. Application Form requires my husband details for paying IHS( immigrant health surcharge) including his VISA EXPIRY, VISA ROUTE and VISA TYPE. I am not sure Which visa expiry should i enter?

》His Tier 2 has expired in 2014
If i enter this detail, it says I have added invalid details.

》His ILR expiring in 2024
Which gives me a total of £1600 IHS.

Can you please help me in solving this issue. I would be thankful.

As I have said, you APPLY ALONE. The IHS for you is £600. Many people have done this and applied without putting in partners details, either by ticking a box somewhere or leaving it blank.

Many thanks Cr001 for the help. I was able to solve that query.

As mentioned earlier I am going to extend my Tier 2 dependant visa for another 2.5-3 years. My husband is a british national now. He was on ILR before and on TIER 2 (5 years route).
1》 Can i ask What documents are needed to support this application other than bank statements, proof of address, proof of identity and passport?

2》 Also i couldnt maintain sufficent funds in my account but my husband account has enough funds to support my statement. Will that be correct if i show my husband's account details as he is supporting me financially as well?
