Hi All,
Need suggestions for my ILR /FLR(M) .

My Husband's VISA History
Tier-1 G Visa -Start 4-Mar-11
Tier-1 G Visa -1st Extn 4-Mar-13
Tier-1 G Visa -2nd Extn start 26-Mar-15
Tier-1 G Visa -2nd Extn Expiry 26-Mar-18
ILR Approved 3-Mar-17

My husband will apply for British passport after 12 month from his ILR .

My VISA History

UK First Entry -22-Jun-12-Visitor VISA
Went back India -30-Nov-12
Came back UK -20-Jul-13 -Tier1-Dependent VISA
Tier1 Dependent Extn received 07-Mar-16
Tier1 Dependent Extn Expiry 26-Mar-18


Please suggest if I can apply for ILR now .

If not ,what are the options ( FLR-M ) which would lead to ILR .

Any help would be highly appreciated.

No, you don not qualify for ILR as you have not got 5 years residence.

You qualify for ILR as a Tier 1 Dependent in June/July 2018. You will need to extend your current visa.

Which category should I apply FLR(M) as my husband has now received ILR? . OR Can I extend my VISA as Tier-1 dependent until July 2018?

If I swich to FLR(M) ,my stay counter would reset and I need to wait for another 5 years for ILR .

Please suggest .

As UKVI might increase application fees in Apr-17 ,I would like to apply for my VISA before that .

This one if your husband got ILR based on 5 years residence and Tier 1 General.

You will also have to pay the £600 immigration health surcharge as the extension will be for 3 years. You must also have maintained funds I believe.
