Tier 2 ICT Skill Transfer to Tier 2 ICT Long Term

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT Skill Transfer visa and it is valid till 24th of March, 2017. I have only 6 months experience in my overseas(India) branch.
My company ready to sponsor Tier 2 ICT Long Term in April-2017.
As per new rule going to be implemented in April 2017, Is this possible?
