Sponsoring my sister and Niece, but no regular job!!!

Post by kosgad » Tue Mar 07, 2017 10:32 pm

Hi all,
Good evening :)

I have returned to this forum after a long gap  . This forum has really helped many of us who had difficult times with immigration related problems/queries

I would like to ask your views on sponsoring my sister and niece based on my current employment situation :?:

I have a british passport and single. I have finished my training in medical field in Feb 2017 and have to apply for consultant post. In the mean while I have started a limited company in March 2017 and will be doing ad hoc locums in hospitals through that. I am waiting for zero hrs contract from 2 different hospitals. I do have enough savings and live in a 2 double bedroom flat.

My sister who works as a teacher in chennai has strong holdings there. She would like to visit me with her daughter and stay here for 2-3 months.

My questions are
1) With no regular job but with zero hrs contracts and enough savings, will I be able sponsor my sister at present? As I have started my limited company only a week back, should I wait for 1-2 months for economic activity and they sponsor my sister?

2) My family friend who has british passport and permanent post in NHS. Could she sponsor my sister and Niece?

3) Can two people sponsor a single person simultaneously? Does it add any weightage to the application?

4) Do I have to enclose any other document (like letter from my accountant along with company details) along with routine ones for sponsorship?

I would really appreciate your valuable opinion and suggestions. I do not want her visa to be rejected and my sister & niece have already planned for a great time here in UK!

Kindly help me out 8)

Thank you

Kind regards
Kosgad

Thanks Vinny for the reply. I have read that document

My question is about my sponsorship

I have completed my medical training at the end of Feb 2017 and now can apply for consultant post. From March 2017 I have started a limited company and working for that company. I am expecting some money to come to my business account by the end of this month.

With this circumstances, how do I convince the ECO that I have regular job and income. I can show adequate savings in my account and that is not a problem. I am planning to take letter from my accountant to show that I am the director of that company and I get salary and divident( including the exact amounts). Also thought of waiting for a month before sponsoring

Do you think I am on right Track? Should I do anything else in terms of documents about my limited company?

My sister has government job in India and she has strong holdings there and would be able to convince ECO.

Thank you very much for your input

Regards
Kosgad

Not sure how you would convince a ECO of your regular job and income, as you have just started out.

Perhaps also include six months' bank statements.

Good morning vinny
Thanks.
Yes I will be enclosing 6 months bank statements, pay slips, and usual documents along with letter from my accountant

If this is very complex, could I ask my family friend to sponsor who is in permanent job in NHS and also British. kindly advice me pl
