Tier 2 ICT to Teir 2 General with new sponsor

Hi,

I have a similar query:

1) I have Tier2 Long term ICT (primary applicant) visa
2) I came to UK in Aug-2015 from India
3) I have got another employer willing to sponsor me for Tier2 general

Query:
1) Do I need a cooling period before I change to Tier2 General?
2) Will this cooling period apply in case my current employer decides to sponsor Genera Tier 2 visa
3) My spouse is working on ICT Tier 2 Dependent visa? Can she switch to General Tier 2 without any cooling period?

Yes if she meets the requirements and has a sponsor that has completed the full and proper RLMT process.
