Advice needed for TIer 1 entrepreneur visa extension

I have Tier 1 Extension Next month in April. My Partner got ILR on 10 year route on 10 th March. what I need to do? Do I need to keep him as a Director and show his £25000 investment or i can take him out from Director. pls advice needed urgently.

Technically your application is SEPARATE and it is NOT linked to your partner. However you must show you invested total of 50K in your business personally or with your partner. You better keep him as a director until your extension is approved
