Eligibility for Permanent Residency under HSMP

I received HSMP approval letter. I applied for EC. Yet to receive EC. I am planning to travel within 2 months of getting EC clearance. It seems that I need to stay at least of 4 Years 11 months to get Permanent Residency in UK. What is the minimum period I should stay in UK to get Permanent Residency?
