Travel outside UK after ILR - 5 years Refugee Status

Hi i spend 5 years as a refugee status in UK , now I got my ILR Last month as a refugee ILR written on resident card, but home office didnt send my passport back , could anyone suggest me how can i travel to other country, is there any restriction to travel my own country as well.

If you "really" are a refugee then how do you plan to travel to your home country?
