HSMP extension

Hi All

HSMP approval period is : Jan'2007 to Jan'2009

I have worked here continously from Jan 2007 to till date, but this year may be i will resign the job and going out of UK for 3 months and i will be joining in the new job after 3 months.

is it any impact for applying the HSMP extension ?


2.How long i can stay out of UK in the HSMP Visa ?
