driving without insurance

hi
what is the spent time for driving without insurance offence and having sexpoints and a fine of 320£ in feb.2015
my wife got this issue and now she is due to naturalization.

Clearly this went to court so must be declared. Have heard of a three year rule but I am no expert on this, search postings on here, or other members may clarify.

How can your wife be due for naturalisation when you have stated in your other topic that she is currently your dependent on the 5 year route??

If you are convicted from court then its 3 years from the date of conviction. If not convicted by court and then it won't affect the application

Hello all I got fixed plenty no insurance in November 2014 and got 6 points ..not from court.
In form I m bit confused where have to mention... In 3.2 or 3.4
And is it ok if apply now.in

3.1 and 3.4, marked as NO because these are not convictions. Add this information or any other fix penalty notices into the Further information section.
Yes you can apply now as long as you fulfill all the requirements
